APPETIZERS

ENTREES
Spaghettini Primavera with sweet Italian Sausage, eggplant, squash, cherry tomatoes, artichokes, mushrooms, sauteed in garlic and olive oil.

Black Angus NY strip 16 oz steak topped with Gorgonzola cheese and fished in a Chianti mushroom sauce topped with frizzled onions and served with roasted potatoes and fresh vegetables of the day.

Branzino Rollatini stuffed with lobster and crab meat finished in an apple wood bacon, lemon and thyme cream sauce served with vegetables and roasted potatoes.

Slow braised Pork Ossobuco, served over wild mushrooms, Parmesan and peas risotto, finished in a Marsala wine reduction.
